Job summary

AXA XL's Americas Marketing team seeks a Senior Data Analyst, Sales Effectiveness to translate broker, client, pipeline, and campaign data into actionable insights, enhancing sales readiness and efficient follow-up across AXA XL's commercial insurance business.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Americas, you will develop recurring dashboards and reports using Salesforce/CRM, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, collaborating with Marketing, Distribution, Product, Underwriting, and Finance to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Some experience in an analyst, sales effectiveness, marketing operations, project management, distribution operations, or similar business support role.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce/CRM, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite; marketing tech or data visualization tools preferred.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a go-to analytical resource for the sales effectiveness function, supporting data, planning, reporting, and insights across Distribution, Marketing, and growth initiatives.
• Support Senior Marketing Manager to execute programs that improve sales readiness and measure impact of initiatives.
• Produce data-driven insights, metrics, and recommendations to identify opportunities to go to market more effectively.
