Job summary

Luxury Presence is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to build and scale the analytics foundation powering GTM, Product, Finance, People, and Operations. You will transform raw data into clean datasets and support dashboards, experiments, and AI-powered tools.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, People Ops, and Engineering to ensure a robust analytics stack, data quality, and scalable instrumentation across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar in SaaS
• Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, and data modeling best practices
• Proficiency in Python for pipelines, APIs, and automation
• Experience modeling Salesforce data (opportunities, contracts, subscriptions, cases, history)
• Proven experience building ELT pipelines ingesting data into cloud data warehouses
• Experience designing cross-system reconciliation models to surface data discrepancies
• Experience with event-based/product usage data (Posthog, Mixpanel)
• Experience linking marketing data to product analytics across end-to-end pipelines
• Designing and maintaining semantic layers (dbt Semantic Layer, Snowflake Cortex)
• Comfort with large-scale data systems (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• CI/CD, Git workflows, automated testing
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineers, analysts, PMs
• Ownership of ambiguous problems and end-to-end solutions

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the data foundation (dbt models, documented, tested)
• Design and maintain Snowflake data warehouse and ingestion
• Create core entities and datasets for complex business processes
• Build Python/Airflow pipelines to ingest data from third-party APIs
• Design cross-system reconciliation models to surface discrepancies and protect revenue
• Implement testing and observability for analytics pipelines
• Apply CI/CD, linting, tests, code reviews and approvals
• Standardize metric definitions across tools
• Document data incidents end-to-end from root cause to remediation
• Act as data liaison between Engineering, GTM, and Finance
• Enable self-service access to trusted insights
• Coach stakeholders toward self-serve and data literacy
• Build AI-ready data infrastructure via Snowflake Cortex semantic views
• Collaborate on semantic layer definitions powering internal AI assistants
• Design measurement frameworks for AI initiatives including experimentation
