Job summary

Luxury Presence is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to build and scale our analytics foundation across GTM, Product, Finance, People, and Ops. You’ll transform raw data into clean datasets powering dashboards, experiments, billing operations, and AI-ready semantic layers for AI agents.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, People Ops, and Engineering to ensure a scalable analytics stack aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics/engineering in SaaS.
• Deep SQL, dbt, and modern data modeling expertise.
• Python for pipelines, API integrations, and automation.
• Experience modeling Salesforce data (opportunities, contracts, subscriptions, cases, history).
• Proven ELT pipeline experience ingesting data from APIs into a cloud warehouse.
• Cross-system reconciliation to surface discrepancies.
• Experience with event-based/product usage data (Posthog, Mixpanel).
• Link marketing data to product analytics end-to-end.
• Design and maintain semantic layers (dbt Semantic Layer, Snowflake Cortex).
• Comfort with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift-scale data systems.
• CI/CD, Git workflows, automated testing.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineers, analysts, and product managers.
• Proven ability to drive decisions using analytics in technical/product settings.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the dbt project with well-tested, documented models.
• Design and maintain the Snowflake data warehouse and ingestion processes.
• Create core entities with modern data modeling for complex business logic.
• Build Python/Airflow pipelines to ingest data from third-party APIs.
• Design cross-system reconciliation models to surface discrepancies.
• Implement testing and observability for analytics pipelines.
• Enforce CI/CD, automation, linting, tests, and code review.
• Standardize metric definitions and ensure consistent computation.
• Act as data liaison to Engineers, GTM, and Finance; enable self-service.
• Build Snowflake Cortex semantic views for AI-ready data interfaces.
• Collaborate with AI/product teams to define semantic layer definitions.
• Build measurement frameworks for AI initiatives, including experiments.
