Abbott Laboratories in the United States (Austin, TX) seeks a Senior Analyst, Pricing & Contracting to manage contracts and pricing for ASC/OBL/EA segments. Onsite in Austin, ready to coordinate with Sales, Legal, IP, privacy, and finance to craft compliant terms.

The role requires 5-7 years in business/finance, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and experience with Salesforce, PowerBI, CPQ, and CLM. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5-7 years of combined experience in business, accounting, or finance.
• Experience with Medical Devices preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, PowerBI, CPQ, CLM (or other contract workflow systems) preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communications with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Word and PowerPoint; advanced Excel.
• Strong strategic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with remote sites and business partners including sales personnel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales team to manage contracts and pricing.
• Own contract creation from development to execution using templates.
• Review and redline terms; coordinate with stakeholders for edits.
• Negotiate terms with internal and external customers.
• Support price approvals and basic pricing analyses.
• Train sales team on requirements and procedures.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
