Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Strategic Pricing & Contracting, PMO Leader to drive process improvements and organizational transformation. Based onsite in Austin, TX or Alpharetta, GA, you will lead pricing, contracting, and technology enablement initiatives across multiple business units, coordinating with IT and commercial teams.

Bring 5+ years of project management in regulated healthcare industries, strong stakeholder management, and experience with CLM/CPQ implementations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or Life Sciences or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum 5 years project management, leading cross-functional initiatives in Pricing & Contracting, Rebates in medical device industries.
Experience leading complex business transformations, process improvement, or technology implementations in regulated industries.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through organizational change and influence without authority.
Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting CLM, CPQ, CRM, ERP, workflow automation, or related initiatives.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com.
Familiarity with AI, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead pricing & contracting process improvement projects to shorten turnaround times and increase capacity.
Drive enterprise transformation initiatives focusing on standardization and operating model optimization.
Facilitate workshops to identify automation and standardization opportunities.
Leverage lean, six sigma, and AI to reduce waste and raise productivity.
Own integrated project plans including schedule, scope, risk, resources, and budgets.
Establish governance frameworks and executive steering for alignment and accountability.
Create and maintain project artifacts such as charters, maps, risk logs, dashboards.
Serve as primary contact for stakeholders with clear updates and risk escalation.
Collaborate with IT, Commercial Systems, and suppliers to implement CLM, CPQ, and other enablement tools.
Drive consensus across functions to resolve priority and resource conflicts.
Mentor teams on PM, governance, and change management best practices.
