Job summary

Abbott seeks a Lead Analyst, Strategic Pricing and Contracts to join the Medical Devices US Sales team in Austin, TX. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and others to optimize pricing, manage contracts, and guide deal structures.

The role covers Enterprise Accounts or Cardiovascular units, supports RFPs/RFIs, ensures compliance, and advances Gross Margin Improvement while leveraging AI tools. Requires 5+ years in pricing/contracting and a Bachelor's in Business/Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business, finance or strategic pricing.
• Experience in Medical Devices preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills with attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, autonomous.
• Leadership, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enterprise Accounts to develop strategic deal approaches.
• Lead pricing governance and ASP optimization.
• Maintain contracts lifecycle and renewal optimization.
• Draft and negotiate contractual terms with internal stakeholders.
• Support RFPs and RFIs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and review guidelines.
