Abbott in Austin, TX or Alpharetta, GA seeks a Senior Analyst in Pricing & Contracting to support ASC, OBL, and EA segments. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and IT to craft compliant price offerings and negotiate terms.

The role requires strong communication, Salesforce/PowerBI/CPQ proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple deals under tight deadlines. It is an onsite position with growth opportunities across Abbott's Medical Devices division.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree OR An equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of combined experience in business, accounting, or finance.
• Prior experience in Medical Devices preferred.
• Experience with SalesForce, PowerBI, CPQ, CLM (or other Conga or Pros contract workflow systems) preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in the use of Word and PowerPoint and have advanced skills in Excel.
• Strong strategic and problem-solving skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with remote sites & business partners including building relationship with sales personnel to be highly effective.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, remain organized and work under general supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with sales team to assist in the management of contracts and pricing as it relates to customers and contractual requirements.
• Own contract creation from development to execution utilizing internal and external templates as well as creation of custom language.
• Work within guidelines for contract approvals, pricing approvals, and contract creation.
• Review and redline business contract terms, coordinating with internal stakeholders on customer edits.
• Vet extended terms through IP legal, privacy, OEC, legal, technical services, cybersecurity, finance, risk management and customer service.
