Job summary

ANGI is seeking a seasoned Senior Analyst to join our data-driven team. You will track and optimize pro sales performance by leveraging analytics to shape compensation and staffing decisions, collaborating with sales, operations, and product managers to boost productivity and profitability.

You will build dashboards, forecast staffing, design commission plans, analyze performance, and present insights to senior leadership to drive strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, economics, statistics, engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of analytical experience in an e-commerce, marketplace, or home services-related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor the performance of the company’s sales organization.
• Forecast staffing and hiring levels across the company’s sales teams.
• Design and implement sales commission plans aligned with company goals.
• Analyze sales performance and compensation data to identify trends and optimize results.
• Develop models to assess profitability of sales activity and optimize sales performance.
• Build analytics plans to support A/B testing, evaluation, and launch of new sales strategies, tools, and processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with actionable insights.
