CHG Healthcare is seeking a Sales Strategy Analyst to join our Sales Analytics team. You will partner with sales leaders to frame questions, conduct data-driven analysis, and recommend actions to improve market opportunities and sales effectiveness.

You will analyze performance across markets, teams, and clients, perform root-cause analysis, and build clear visualizations using Snowflake and SQL for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Able to reframe ambiguous business questions into structured analyses.
• Strong knowledge of sales funnels, pipeline management, forecasting, and customer segmentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior executives.
• Proficient in SQL with ability to analyze large datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 4+ years of analytics experience; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Framing problems and partnering with sales leaders to define analysis and present findings with recommendations on opportunities and resource allocation.
• Analyze sales performance across markets, teams, and clients; identify trends, gaps and opportunities; perform root-cause analysis when KPIs shift.
• Use Snowflake and SQL to extract data and build visualizations for senior leadership.
