Job summary

Angi is seeking a highly analytical and client-focused Senior Analyst to join our Large Pro Performance team. You will partner with our top pro accounts, surface insights, and translate numbers into actionable strategies that drive growth and platform engagement.

As a Senior Analyst, you will own relationships, run performance reviews, develop action plans, and collaborate with product, strategy, and operations to improve outcomes. Strong data storytelling and PM skills are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics in e-commerce or marketplace.
Experience with account management or client-facing roles.
Experience presenting data to external clients or business partners.
Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
Experience building client-facing dashboards with Looker/Tableau/Power BI.
Ability to apply predictive modeling to solve business problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills to manage multiple pro accounts.
Ability to leverage AI to streamline analytical workstreams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary analytics contact for a portfolio of large pro accounts.
Conduct structured performance review sessions with pros, explaining trends and co-developing action plans.
Translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences; make numbers meaningful and actionable.
Proactively identify at-risk accounts and surface insights before issues escalate.
Act as the voice of the pro internally, feeding observations back to product, strategy, and operations teams.
