Angi is seeking a data‑driven Senior Sales Analyst to optimize pro sales performance through advanced analytics and commission design. You will partner with sales, operations, and product to shape staffing, forecast demand, and align compensation with business goals.

The role emphasizes senior visibility, cross‑functional influence, and the use of AI‑assisted analytics to improve decision making. Remote within the United States and opportunities for growth are highlighted.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of analytical experience in an e-commerce, marketplace, or home services‑related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL as well as data analysis tools such as Python or R.
• Experience analyzing and making recommendations to sales and commission plans for a large sales organization.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for automation and daily workflow efficiency.
• Experience with headcount planning and sales organization support analytics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build dashboards and reporting to monitor the performance of Angi’s sales organization.
• Review business, staffing, and turnover trends and develop forecasting models to determine optimal staffing and hiring levels.
• Design and implement sales commission plans that align with company goals and drive performance.
• Analyze sales performance and compensation data to evaluate effectiveness and identify trends and gaps.
• Develop models to calculate profitability of sales rep activity and make optimization recommendations.
• Build analytics plans to support A/B testing and the launch of new sales strategies and tools.
• Present findings to senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations.
