Angi, a leading home services platform in the United States, seeks a Senior Manager of Sales Operations to own Salesforce and the broader sales tech stack. You will manage the backlog, drive adoption, and partner with Product and Sales leadership to align tools with business goals.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll diagnose friction, surface improvement opportunities, and measure impact on rep productivity and sales outcomes, while guiding change management across the team.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience including reporting, dashboards, workflow design, and data quality management; Admin certification a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a deep understanding of our end-to-end sales motion, workflows, and rep experience across all sales segments.
• Proactively identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in our tools and processes.
• Translate frontline rep feedback and usage patterns into actionable, prioritized enhancement recommendations.
• Serve as the internal voice of the rep when making tooling and process decisions.
• Own the Salesforce backlog, data integrity, and reporting standards.
• Evaluate and support implementation of adjacent tools in the stack (Clay, LeanData, ZoomInfo).
• Design testing protocols, define success metrics, and drive adoption of new tools and workflows.
