Job summary

Angi seeks a highly analytical Senior Analyst to support the analytics roadmap for Customer Care, using advanced data analysis, modeling, and visualization to drive data-backed recommendations and strategic insights.

You will work with product, strategy, and operations to optimize care performance, focusing on metrics like save rate, churn, and cash collection, while mentoring juniors and expanding AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of analytical experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Python or R.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to apply predictive modeling techniques to solve business problems.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to align on analytical needs and timing.
• Analyze network trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive insights and support self-serve solutions.
• Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders with clear narratives.
