Job summary

Angi is seeking a Senior Analyst to drive analytics for the pro sales organization and optimize compensation, staffing, and performance. You will build dashboards, forecast staffing needs, and design commission plans to align with business goals.

You will partner with sales, operations, and product teams to implement tools and models that improve profitability and efficiency, while communicating insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of analytical experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or home services.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills (Python or R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and forecasting.
• Experience designing sales/commission plans.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for automation.
• Experience with headcount planning and sales analytics.
• Proven ability to develop predictive models to improve sales performance.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor Angi's sales organization.
• Review staffing, turnover trends and forecast optimal staffing and hiring levels.
• Design and implement sales commission plans aligned with company goals.
• Analyze sales performance and compensation data to identify gaps and adjustments.
• Develop models to measure profitability of sales activity and support new tools.
• Create analytics plans for A/B testing and rollout of new sales strategies, tools, processes.
• Present findings to senior leadership with actionable insights.
