Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulatory and economic insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives that bridge Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to align analytical strategies with business objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Deep expertise in data mining, data visualization, and statistical modeling, with experience applying machine learning techniques to business or risk management problems.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending regulations, regional market dynamics, and the broader economic landscape influencing policy and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical lifecycle from initial question to final business decision.
• Develop and optimize business, risk, or growth strategies across products and geographies.
• Monitor portfolio performance and exogenous macroeconomic trends.
• Partner with Engineering and ML teams to design, build, and interpret performance metrics for scalable models.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance to translate regulatory and market requirements into analytical policy and product design.
