Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven experience in an analytically-driven role within consumer lending, credit, or fintech.
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Deep expertise in data mining, data visualization, and statistical modeling with ML applications.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives bridging Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending regulations and regional market dynamics.
• Ability to translate regulatory and economic insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Optimize End-to-End Strategy using advanced data analytics across products and geographies.
• Monitor macro and market trends; adjust strategies to balance risk and growth.
• Model and build capabilities with Engineering and ML teams for scalable metrics.
• Lead cross-functional discussions with Legal, Compliance, and Product for policy alignment.
• Oversee analytical frameworks and ensure launches and market entries align with risk appetite.
• Engage with external stakeholders to align practices and strengthen relationships.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows and mentor junior analysts.
