Job summary

Opella seeks a Senior National Account Manager, eCommerce Amazon, for US remote work with East Coast preference. Lead brand equity, sales and P&L across Health & Wellness, and drive initiatives worldwide.

You will own Amazon performance, forecast, and cross-functional coordination to meet growth targets, while mentoring teams and embedding sustainability and social impact into business decisions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS from an accredited college with a focus in business preferred.
• 5+ years proven sales experience, with Amazon experience a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Nielsen/IRI tools.
• Willingness to travel 30% and operate across flexible locations.

Responsibilities

• Own Amazon business performance and P&L, driving brand share, revenue growth, profitability and annual plans.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term eCommerce strategies including launches, promotions, and merchandising.
• Lead forecasting and inventory planning with cross-functional teams.
• Drive retail media and digital marketing performance with cross-functional partners.
• Analyze performance and market trends to translate insights into growth strategies.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment and execution of objectives.
• Develop executive-level reporting and business reviews, including dashboards and scorecards.
