Job summary

Opella is seeking a Senior National Account Manager for eCommerce on Amazon to lead the US remote-East Coast focused business. You will own P&L, drive brand share, and expand revenue across Health & Wellness categories while mentoring teams.

You will develop and execute eCommerce strategies, forecast demand, manage inventory, and optimize digital marketing, while partnering with marketing, finance, and supply chain to achieve growth and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven sales experience in a related position and/or Amazon experience.
• 3+ years experience utilizing Amazon data.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Own Amazon business performance and P&L, driving brand share, revenue growth, profitability, sales quota attainment, and execution of annual operating plans across strategic brands and categories.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term eCommerce strategies, including assortment optimization, distribution expansion, product launches, merchandising initiatives, promotions, bundling opportunities, and innovation programs.
• Lead forecasting and inventory planning, managing SKU-level forecasts, in-stock performance, demand planning alignment, and coordination with finance and supply chain.
• Drive retail media and digital marketing performance by partnering with Performance Marketing and Content teams to optimize sponsored advertising, DSP campaigns, merchandising programs, and brand experiences.
• Analyze business performance and market trends using retailer and internal datasets to monitor KPIs and growth opportunities, translating insights into actions.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Brand, Sales Strategy, eCommerce, Global, and Supply Chain teams for alignment and execution.
• Develop executive-level reporting and business reviews with KPI dashboards, QBRs, JBPs, and scorecards.
