Job summary

Paired is seeking a Senior Amazon Account Manager to own performance, growth, and health for multiple Amazon brands. This hands-on role requires immediate ownership of PPC strategy, account health, and client communications without supervision.

Responsibilities include managing Sponsored campaigns, optimizing ACOS/TACOS, data-driven growth, and coordinating with DTC paid media. You’ll lead calls with founders and senior stakeholders, ensuring brand protection and catalog health across brands.

Qualifications

• Experience independently managing multiple Amazon brands or accounts.
• Advanced Amazon PPC expertise with strategy execution without training.
• Hands-on experience resolving Amazon violations and account-health issues.
• Proven ability to lead client calls and communicate strategy to founders or senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating Amazon strategy with DTC/e-commerce paid media.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and scale Amazon PPC across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display.
• Own budgets, bids, keywords, search terms, placements, testing, and ACOS/TACOS optimization.
• Manage campaigns at scale using bulk files.
• Diagnose and resolve account health issues and policy violations.
• Manage Brand Registry, infringement reports, and escalations.
• Conduct keyword/competitor research using Data Dive, Jungle Scout, or similar tools.
• Lead client calls, present results and strategy, set priorities.
• Oversee catalog health, listing optimization, Brand Stores, and A+ Content.
