Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years catalog management on Amazon (1P/3P) experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.).
• Agency experience with CPG brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets and manage cases with Amazon Seller/Vendor Support.
• Maintain catalog accuracy and update content across marketplaces.
• Manage flat files, variations, and mapping of backend attributes.
• Monitor stock, Buy Box and inventory health for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare ASINs for campaigns.
