Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Seattle is seeking a highly tactical Senior Manager, Retail Management Services (Amazon Operations) to join our retail execution team. This hands-on role focuses on day-to-day operational health for CPG clients on Amazon, ensuring flawless catalogs, in-stock products, and swift resolution of platform issues.

You’ll live inside Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, executing content changes, managing flat files, running A/B tests, and providing actionable reports

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P).
• Deep knowledge of Amazon inventory templates, category templates, variation relationships, and the Amazon ticketing ecosystem.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Concatenate, Text-to-Columns).
• Strong problem-solving mentality with perseverance to resolve issues beyond the first

Responsibilities

• Ticket Resolution & Troubleshooting: manage and follow up on Amazon support tickets.
• Catalog & Content Management: bulk updates, parent-child variation mapping, and asset uploads.
• Availability & Inventory Support: monitor in-stock metrics and flag PO/shipment discrepancies.
• Client & Team Support: provide status reports and diagnostics to clients and internal teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with Media and Strategy teams for ads-ready ASINs.
