U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead a team handling accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment entities. You will act as a trusted client advisor, resolve issues, and drive process improvements to support client needs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field and 5+ years in alternative investments, with preferred CPA/CFA and knowledge of industry tools. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in alternative investments industry.

Responsabilités

• Supervises a team of administrators who provide accounting, administration and investor servicing to investment companies and advisers.
• Acts as escalation point for clients and directs issue resolution and process changes to support client needs.
• Identifies risk-related issues through data review and implements mitigating solutions.
• Reviews accounting and financial statement information for audit/tax reviews; sets up accounting principles for unusual investments.
• Sets up and processes complex expense and incentive fee calculations and reconciliations.
