The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance or related field with 5+ years in alternative investments, plus knowledge of Investran, Cascade and Advent. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in alternative investments industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team handling accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment companies and advisers.
• Escalation point for clients; directs issue resolution and process changes.
• Identifies risks through data review and implements mitigations.
• Reviews accounting and financial statements for audits and taxes; handles unusual investment types.
• Sets up accounting principles and processes for complex expenses and incentive fees.
