Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a seasoned supervisor to lead a team delivering accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment clients. The role focuses on risk management, accurate financial reporting and client advisory support across complex investment structures.

The position requires strong leadership, communication skills and deep knowledge of portfolio accounting within the investment management sector. On-site collaboration is expected at a U.S. Bank location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in alternative investments industry.
• CPA or CFA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of administrators handling accounting, administration and investor servicing.
• Acts as escalation point for clients and directs issue resolution and process changes.
• Identifies risk-related issues via qualitative/quantitative data and implements mitigating solutions.
• Reviews accounting/financial statements for audits and tax reviews; sets up accounting principles for unusual investment types.
• Sets up/processing of complex expense and incentive fee calculations and reconciliations.
