Job summary

You will act as a trusted advisor, assess changing business needs, and drive resolution and process improvements. The role involves reviewing accounting and financial statement information for audits and tax reviews, setting up principles for complex investments, and ensuring accurate calculations and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in alternative investments industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of administrators providing accounting, administration and investor servicing to investment companies and advisers.
• Act as escalation point for clients and drive issue resolution and process changes.
• Identify risks through data review and implement mitigations.
• Review accounting and financial statements for audits and tax reviews; set up accounting principles for unusual investment types; handle complex expense and incentive fee calculations and reconciliations.
