Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior professional to supervise a team handling accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, evaluating strategies and guiding issue resolution to support client needs.

The role requires strong knowledge of portfolio accounting and excellent communication skills, with CPA or CFA preferred. Location-based presence is needed multiple days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of experience in the alternative investments industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and team leadership.
• CPA or CFA certification preferred.
• Experience with portfolio accounting and investment management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of administrators providing accounting, administration and investor servicing.
• Acts as trusted advisor to clients, assessing changing business strategies and providing expertise.
• Escalation point for all clients; directs issue resolution and process changes.
• Reviews accounting and financial statements for audits and tax reviews; sets up complex calculations.
