Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking Alternative Investments Associates and Accountants to join a team responsible for accounting, administration and investor servicing for hedge funds and private equity funds.

You will calculate net asset values, record trade information, reconcile investor contributions and withdrawals, allocate fund profits, and prepare financial statements, audits and tax schedules, ensuring accuracy and GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Five+ years of related experience in portfolio/partnership accounting or finance.
• Experience with GAAP financial statements and fund accounting.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary fund accountant on multiple relationships.
• Record trade information, income/expense activity and apply valuation.
• Prepare fund financial statements, audit and tax schedules.
• Reconcile investor contributions and withdrawals; allocate profits.
