Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Alliance leader to scale and strengthen its ecosystem alliances with Anaplan and Tagetik. As a Partner Development Director, you will originate partner-led transformation deals, develop joint go-to-market strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor to Accenture and partner executives.

The role covers strategic GTM, practice development, deal support, and governance to ensure growth and alignment with business targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in strategic alliances, partner/channel sales, or business development within the technology sector, with 5 years of revenue targets.
• Minimum of 5 years with Anaplan + Tagetik.
• Minimum of 5 years in enterprise tech including Cloud, Data, Analytics, and Generative AI.
• Minimum of 5 years building C-level relationships and influencing leadership.
• Minimum of 5 years creating GTM assets and repeatable sales tools.
• Minimum of 5 years developing and executing GTM strategies, including pre-sales support.
• Minimum of 5 years leading high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Go-to-Market (GTM): Collaborate with alliance partners to define target markets, joint industry solutions, and differentiated offerings that drive client value.
• Practice Development: Grow partner practices by evaluating capabilities, driving certification, and enabling co-sell motions; develop GTM assets and demos.
• Deal & Co-Sell Support: Support field and sales teams in navigating complex enterprise transformation deals and accelerating velocity.
• Co-Marketing: Coordinate events, webinars, and content to raise brand visibility and build partner-led pipeline.
• Executive Relationship Management: Build senior relationships with partner and Accenture leadership to drive joint growth.
• Governance & Accountability: Establish governance routines, pipeline tracking, and metrics reporting to align with targets.
