Accenture plc is seeking a Senior Alliance leader as a Partner Development Director to scale and strengthen its Anaplan + Tagetik ecosystem alliances. You will originate partner-led transformation deals, develop joint go-to-market strategies, and advise executive leadership across Accenture and partner organizations.

Responsibilities include GTM collaboration, practice development, deal and co-sell support, co-marketing, executive relationship management, and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in strategic alliances, partner/channel sales, or business development within the technology sector, with 5 of those years carrying revenue targets
• Minimum of 5 years expertise with Anaplan + Tagetik
• Minimum of 5 years of deep expertise in enterprise technology including Cloud, Data, Analytics, and Generative AI
• Minimum of 5 years of experience building C-level relationships and influencing global and regional leadership
• Minimum of 5 years experience creating and maintaining GTM assets, PoCs, demos, and repeatable sales tools
• Minimum of 5 years of proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pre-sales support and proposal development
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and grow high-performing teams
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience

Responsibilities

• Strategic GTM: define target markets and joint offerings with alliance partners
• Practice Development: grow partner practices, enable co-sell motions and create repeatable assets
• Deal & Co-Sell Support: guide field and sales teams through complex enterprise deals
• Co-Marketing: coordinate events, webinars, and content to raise pipeline
• Executive Relationship Management: manage senior-level relationships across Accenture and partners
• Governance & Accountability: establish governance, scorecards, and metrics reporting
