Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior Alliance leader (Partner Development Director) to scale and strengthen ecosystem alliances with Anaplan and Tagetik. You will originate partner-led transformation deals, develop joint GTM strategies, and advise both Accenture and partner executives.

You will lead governance, co-sell motions, and executive relationship management across global and regional teams, traveling as needed to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in strategic alliances, partner/channel sales, or business development within the technology sector.
• Minimum of 5 years expertise with Anaplan + Tagetik.
• Minimum of 5 years of deep expertise in enterprise technology including Cloud, Data, Analytics, and Generative AI.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience building C-level relationships with global and regional leadership.
• Minimum of 5 years creating and maintaining GTM assets, PoCs, demos, and repeatable sales tools.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pre-sales support.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and grow teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience as required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Go-to-Market (GTM): Collaborate with alliance partners to define target markets, joint industry solutions, and differentiated offerings.
• Practice Development: Grow partner practices by evaluating capabilities, driving certification, and enabling co-sell motions.
• Deal & Co-Sell Support: Support field and sales teams in navigating complex enterprise transformation deals and speeding sales cycles.
• Co-Marketing: Coordinate events, webinars, and content to raise brand visibility and generate partner-led pipeline.
• Executive Relationship Management: Build and sustain senior-level relationships with partner and Accenture leadership.
• Governance & Accountability: Establish governance routines, pipeline tracking, scorecards, and metrics reporting.
