The position requires experience with regulatory bodies, static and dynamic analyses, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive cost-efficient engineering solutions. Onsite role with travel up to 10% will apply.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 3–5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Experience with FAA/DOA/EASA/part 21/25 certs is desirable.
• Proficient in static stress analysis and/or FEA methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic analyses of aerospace components.
• Define repair designs for metallic, bonded metallic, and composite structures.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities to develop repair instructions.
• Prepare engineering reports for repairs and FAA approval.
