Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in billing, collections, and AR management, preferably in construction.
• Proficiency with SAGE and Salesforce for accounting.
• Strong reconciliations & financial reporting knowledge.
• Excellent communication with internal and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with financial accuracy.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of billing, collections, and accounts receivable operations.
• Overseeing the preparation of invoices and ensuring they are sent out promptly.
• Utilizing SAGE and Salesforce software for accounting and data management purposes.
• Conducting regular accounts reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Communicating effectively with internal partners to resolve any billing discrepancies and to maintain financial transparency.
• Liaising with external organizations such as clients and suppliers for billing and collections purposes.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Participating in financial audits and implementing recommendations for improvement.
