A growing construction company is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage AIA billing, accounts receivable functions, and financial reporting accuracy. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in billing or accounting, strong AIA billing knowledge, and proficiency in Sage 100 and Excel. Qualifications

• 3+ years of billing or accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of AIA billing processes.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process AIA billing for construction projects.
• Manage collections efforts, including customer outreach and follow-up.
• Prepare and analyze aging reports and perform AR reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records in Sage 100.
• Partner with project managers to resolve billing discrepancies.
