• Proficiency in AP, AIA billing, AR, collections, invoicing, credits, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing AIA billing, AP, AR operations with timely processing.
• Managing collections and ensuring payments are received.
• Handling invoicing, credits, and account reconciliations.
• Administering cash disbursements and accurate records.
• Using construction accounting to manage project-based tasks.
• Leveraging HomeSource to streamline processes.
• Collaborating to prepare financial reports and statements.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Assisting with budget preparation and planning.
• Participating in audits and implementing corrective actions.
