Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an AI Workflow and Systems Design Lead - Remote. The role partners with business and technology teams to redesign complex workflows and create AI-ready systems of work, guiding discovery, design, and implementation across enterprise functions.

You will lead end-to-end design, define human-AI collaboration, and produce artifacts that enable scalable, reusable patterns while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of dynamic experience in systems design, service design, workflow transformation, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional engagements and translate problems into system-of-work designs.
• Strong AI fluency including generative AI, automation, and AI-enabled workflow patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems-of-work design across business units.
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into implementation-ready designs.
• Facilitate senior-level workshops to align multiple teams and decisions.
• Develop reusable patterns and design artifacts for enterprise systems.
