Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to drive AI-enabled value transformation for public sector customers. You will lead end-to-end value realization, collaborate with senior leaders, and orchestrate multi-region program management while ensuring strong ROI and platform adoption.

You will work with AI tools to deliver rapid outputs, coordinate with Lead and Principal VE teams, and shape transformation roadmaps that maximize customer value and Celonis adoption across ecosystems.

Qualifications

5+ years owning complex workstreams and customer relationships in VE/Consulting/Pre-Sales.
Solid enterprise IT and business software background (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle).
Ability to lead cross-region transformation programs with executive sponsorship.
Strong English communication with executive presence; local language skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead value selling and realization across multi-region accounts; craft executive ROI narratives.
Manage stakeholders and co-own change management with customer leaders.
Steer global transformations; oversee AI-driven account planning and project governance.
Act as AI-fluent operator; collaborate with VE team for deep-dive solution builds.
Build strategic expansion roadmaps to drive Celonis adoption and customer value.
