Celonis is seeking a Lead Value Engineer specializing in Life Sciences to push AI-driven process improvements for the world’s largest life science organizations. You will partner with a strategic client to translate complex objectives into Celonis solutions using the world’s leading Process Intelligence platform and top AI/ML technology partners.

Responsibilities include AI discovery and solutioning, driving pre- and post-sales engagements end-to-end, prototyping in hackathons, and enabling ROI

Qualifications

8+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements in Healthcare/Life Sciences.
Expertise in generative AI techniques like RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration.
Strong Python and Advanced Predictive Analytics skills; data engineering for huge datasets.

Responsibilities

Lead AI discovery and solutioning for the client, translating needs into AI solutions.
Drive pre- and post-sales engagements end-to-end with ROI focus.
Prototype AI solutions and demos in customer hackathons to address planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution.
