Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI and technical upskilling programs.
• Create storyboards for eLearning, ILT, virtual, and blended formats.
• Develop learning pathways, facilitator guides, and learner communications.
• Measure program impact using LMS analytics and stakeholder feedback.
