Maximus Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) seeks a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling (remote).

You will design, coordinate, and continually improve scalable learning solutions to build practical AI and technical skills for employees, while promoting responsible AI use and applying learning to daily work. Ideal candidate brings strong instructional design judgment, curiosity about AI, stakeholder confidence, and program execution discipline to collaborate with HRIS, Training

Qualifications

Five (5) or more years of experience in Learning & Development
Three (3) or more years supporting a global/complex CSOD instance
Experience translating business needs into learning strategies
Ability to interact with senior leaders and executives
Strategic thinking to close learning gaps and drive performance

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and continuously improve scalable AI and technical upskilling programs
Create storyboards for diverse formats: eLearning, ILT, virtual, blended
Develop learning pathways, job aids, guides, and reinforcement resources
Translate AI concepts into practical learning content for employees
Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning with business priorities
Maintain and update AI/technical learning materials as needs evolve
Support LMS configuration, roles, and access governance
Train Global System Super Users and Admins
