Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling (remote) to design scalable learning solutions that build AI literacy and responsible use across the workforce.

You will translate AI concepts into practical training, collaborate with HRIS and vendors, and develop pathways, job aids, and facilitator guides for enterprise learners. Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience in Learning & Development and LMS administration.
• Experience supporting a global/complex CSOD instance.
• Ability to interact with senior leaders and executives.
• Strategic thinking to translate performance gaps into learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute the development and implementation of learning assets with Training Operations.
• Use training technology to provide scalable training solutions.
• Develop and measure the LMS learning strategy and its impact.
• Support LMS system audits and governance.
• Create processes for learning solutions and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with HRIS to support LMS updates.
• Onboard learning technologies with vendors.
• Consult with leaders and stakeholders to deliver LMS-enabled solutions.
• Define LMS roles and permissions.
• Support system configuration and availability groups.
• Train Global Super Users and Admins.
• Design and develop AI and technical upskilling programs; create storyboards.
• Develop learning pathways, job aids, facilitator guides, and materials.
• Create practical AI learning scenarios and apply adult learning principles.
• Translate AI concepts into practical content for work scenarios.
• Contribute to responsible AI learning with tool usage and privacy guidelines.
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to identify skills and objectives.
• Coordinate external certification pathways and vendor offerings.
• Oversee logistics for virtual, in-person, and blended formats.
• Maintain AI materials as needs evolve; ensure continuous improvement.
• Use LMS data to assess participation and impact; drive improvements.
