Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience in the area of Learning & Development and Learning Management Systems administration
• Three (3) or more years of experience supporting a global/complex instance of the Learning Management System Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)
• Experience working on complex issues requiring in-depth knowledge of the company
• Ability to interact regularly with senior leaders and executives
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate performance gaps into L&D strategies

Responsibilities

• Execute the development and implementation of learning assets with the Training Operations Team
• Use training technology to deliver scalable training solutions
• Develop and support the LMS learning strategy and measure outcomes
• Support LMS system audits
• Create processes for learning solutions and operating procedures
• Collaborate with HRIS to support LMS updates
• Work with vendors to onboard learning technologies
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to define learning experiences using LMS features
• Define LMS roles and permissions
• Support system configuration and availability groups
• Train Global system Super Users and Admin
