Maximus is seeking a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling (remote) to design and deliver scalable learning solutions that build practical AI and technical skills for employees.

The role partners with business leaders, HR, IT, vendors, and learning contributors to translate skill needs into learning pathways with measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate has strong instructional design judgment, curiosity about AI, and program execution discipline, with experience in enterprise LMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Five or more years in L&D and LMS administration (CSOD preferred).
• Three or more years supporting a global/complex CSOD instance.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve scalable learning solutions for AI and technical upskilling.
• Develop learning pathways, job aids, facilitator guides, and reinforcement resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate skill needs into effective learning experiences.
• Ensure accessibility and plain-language standards in all learning materials.
