Maximus is seeking a Sr. Specialist in AI & Technical Upskilling to design and scale learning solutions that build practical AI and technical skills for a rapidly evolving workforce.

The role emphasizes instructional design judgment, collaboration with leaders, and program execution to deliver measurable impact. You will translate complex AI topics into engaging formats, develop learning pathways, and partner with HRIS and vendors to implement LMS capabilities, governance, and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development and LMS administration.
• Five+ years of L&D and LMS administration experience (CSOD preferred).
• Experience supporting a global/complex CSOD instance and collaborating with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI and technical upskilling programs.
• Create and maintain learning pathways, job aids, guides, and reinforcement resources.
• Collaborate with HRIS and vendors to implement learning technologies.
