Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting global/complex CSOD instance
• Experience translating business needs into learning strategies

Responsibilities

• Execute development and implementation of learning assets with Training Operations
• Use training tech to provide scalable solutions
• Develop and support LMS strategy and measurement
• Support LMS audits and system updates
• Create and document processes for learning solutions and procedures
• Collaborate with HRIS to support LMS updates
• Onboard new learning technologies with vendors
• Consult with leaders to provide LMS-enabled learning solutions
