SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks an experienced AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement of enterprise AI across a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys, partners, and executive staff on responsible AI usage.

Work focuses on practical workflow adoption for legal AI platforms (Harvey) and foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok).

Competenze

4+ years of technical training, enablement, or consulting experience.
1+ years training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
Direct hands-on experience training users on Harvey AI or work in a law firm/legal tech consultancy.
Deep practical understanding of prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, and output validation.
Experience developing learning content and administering courses in LMS (Absorb LMS).
Strong background delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professional audiences.
U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in approved states.

Mansioni

Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and develop learning paths for attorneys and staff.
Create and maintain training materials, prompt libraries, and modules.
Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on real-world legal workflows.
Publish digital modules within Absorb LMS and track learning progress.
Roll out Harvey and other legal AI platforms, with focus on adoption and user enablement.
Coach on prompt engineering, token management, and foundation models usage.
Provide governance-oriented training on confidentiality, privacy, and compliance.
