Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live and virtual instruction, and create digital learning content to drive practical AI workflow adoption across platforms including Harvey, Claude, and OpenAI.

Responsibilities include building training materials, conducting ILT sessions, and publishing modules in Absorb LMS while ensuring responsible AI usage and data privacy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, instructional design, or tech consulting.
• At least 1 year training end-users on enterprise AI tools or workflows.
• Hands-on Harvey AI training or law firm/legal tech consulting experience.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, prompts, context, token management and output validation.
• Experience creating learning content and administering courses in LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Strong live virtual instructor-led training delivery to professional audiences.
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident residing in approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and create tailored learner paths for attorneys and staff.
• Develop training materials, quick references, prompts libraries, and modules.
• Deliver engaging virtual and ILT sessions focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish and organize digital learning modules in Absorb LMS.
• Spearhead rollout and adoption of Harvey and other AI platforms.
• Coach on prompt engineering, context window awareness, and token mgmt.
• Guide governance and responsible AI usage with data privacy and ethics.
