• Ability to translate business needs into learning strategies

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI and technical upskilling programs
• Create storyboards for multiple learning formats
• Develop learning pathways, job aids, guides, and reinforcement resources
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, tech, and vendors
• Maintain and update AI/technical learning materials as needs evolve
• Support LMS governance, roles, permissions, and system configurations
