Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling to design and scale learning solutions that empower employees to build AI and technical skills using enterprise platforms. Remote position with cross-functional collaboration across HRIS, technology teams, and vendors.

You will craft storyboards, develop learning pathways, and ensure responsible AI practices while measuring impact and outcomes across diverse formats.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience designing technical training and certification strategies.
• Foundational AI concepts and responsible AI practices for learning content.
• Ability to draft storyboards for diverse learning formats.
• Strong collaboration with SMEs, stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously improve enterprise AI and technical upskilling programs.
• Create actionable learning paths, job aids, facilitator guides and reinforcement resources.
• Translate AI concepts into practical learning content for real work scenarios.
• Partner with stakeholders to align learning with business priorities.
• Coordinate vendor-delivered learning and monitor learner progress.
