Qualifications

• 5+ years as a software engineer, solutions architect or similar, shipping code and teaching engineers.
• Experience presenting to large live audiences and handling demos under pressure.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving AI product suite.

Responsibilities

• Teach in webinars, workshops, onsites, and cohorts.
• Run train-the-trainer programs and certify trainers.
• Educate enterprise admins on technical rollout requirements (SSO, permissions, connectors, data handling).
• Build polished decks, demos, or plugins within tight timelines.
• Provide field feedback to product teams from customer interactions.
• Partner with account executives, customer success managers, and support engineers.
• Travel 30–50% for on-sites, workshops, and events.
