Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a software engineer, solutions architect, or developer advocate.
• Experience shipping code that others depend on.
• Strong public speaking and teaching experience with engineering audiences.

Responsibilities

• Teach in webinars, workshops, and on-site sessions using a customer's codebase.
• Run train-the-trainer programs and certify participants.
• Educate enterprise admins on technical rollout requirements.
• Create decks, demos, and plugins within short timeframes.
• Provide field feedback to product teams from customer experiences.
• Collaborate with account executives, customer success, and partners.
• Travel 30–50% for on-sites, workshops, and events.
